Job Description:  

• For knowing and the most current state and or governing guidelines and regulations and maintaining that the Boys & Girls Harbor remains in compliance.
• Ensuring that all licensing requirements are met with regard to child/personnel files, policy and procedure, and facility.
• Ensuring that all training is obtained and documented appropriately.
• Supervision of staff to meet the quality care standards of Boys & Girls Harbor.
• Develop and maintain in-house training program.
• Oversee that facility maintenance meets Boys & Girls Harbor standards and state standards.
• Be willing to be on call for campus emergencies.
