 Boys Ranch is located south of Albuquerque. The campus includes four cottages, dining facilities, a gymnasium and school, swimming pool, facilities for animals and farm land.

Girls Ranch is located southeast of Santa Fe. The campus is near the mountains and includes two cottages for girls as well as a school, dining facilities, swimming pool, tennis/basketball court, and facilities for animals.

House parents/Resident Advisors provide daily supervision and care for up to 10 children. Associate Resident Advisors provide care for the children when Resident Advisors are not on duty. Associate Resident Advisors assume additional responsibilities on campus. Training in child care practices is provided for all staff that interacts with the children.

The Ranches is seeking couples at least 23 years of age. Transportation and accommodations for staff will allow up to two children, currently living with the couple. Job Description:  

 The Omaha Home for Boys is currently seeking couples to serve in our cottages as house parents and relief house parents for boys ages 8 to 18. We support you and train you in our nationally recognized behaviorally based treatment program. House Parenting is a rewarding career and an opportunity to make a difference in young people’s lives.

 Christ's Home for Children is currently seeking Teaching Parents (singles or married couples) to help fulfill our misson of serving needy or neglected children and youth by providing a stable, caring home built upon Biblical principles while meeting their educational, medical, emotional and social needs. We are a private, non-profit organization that has been in continuous operation since 1903. Christ's home is a non denominational Christian ministry.
