This position is for a married couple only The primary role of the Residential Child Care Specialists / Houseparents (RCCS) is to oversee the day-to-day care and supervision of the children assigned to their cottage. The Residential Child Care Specialists / Houseparents are responsible for monitoring all the aspects of daily cottage life and is, in essence, the primary caring person for the child/youth during his/her stay at the Florida United Methodist Children's Home. The Houseparents will be a couple bound in the traditional legal relationship of marriage. We are looking for couples with moral character, who are strongly committed to making a significant contribution to young people.
