Position Summary: House Parents are responsible for providing a loving, Christian,
and stable family environment for the children in the residence. House Parents serve
as mother and father to each child and are expected to provide daily routine care
for the children and maintain a clean and orderly household at all times. House
Parents are also expected to supervise and participate in the educational development
and extracurricular activities of the children. House Parents are to teach the
children to be respectful, to practice proper social etiquette, and to be mannerly.

New Life Children's Home located near Batesville, Arkansas is looking for a married,
Christian couple to become live-in house parents. We are a faith-based facility that cares for foster children
ages 5-12 years. Our facility presently has three newly renovated cottages. Each cottage may have up to eight
children. Two of the cottages are for boys and one for girls. House Parents will have their own living area with
an excelent view of the White River. A vacation home is provided to house parents for once a week use. New Life

Currently seeking a Resident Staff member for a home
with 6 male MR/DD residents. Position open 2/1/10, with preceding training period.
We are looking for an individual to fill this position; However, a spouse can reside

Applicants should be certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Medication Administration, Behavior Management, HIPAA, Abuse/Neglect, and Client

for at least two years. Previous childcare experience is a plus.
This position requires high energy and excellent organizational skills to juggle schedules
