Job Description:  

  Rawhide is a faith-based residential treatment center that has been in the business of helping at-risk youth for over 40 years. During these 40 years, the role of the Resident Instructor has been an integral part in ministering to the youth that we serve.
The RI position is a live-in position designed specifically for single ministry-minded individuals.
As a Resident Instructor, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with the at-risk youth we serve to help support their physical, emotional, and spiritual development by:

-providing a social and moral example to Rawhide youth while
demonstrating Christian Biblical values
-assisting and supporting the houseparents with the supervision of
the living unit by supervising the household activities and administering discipline within the existing guidelines
-encouraging the physical and social development of Rawhide youth by
initiating and participating in recreational activities such as ball games, family trips, and community service projects

Job Description:  

 Hephzibah Children's Home, established in 1900, is located just six hours north of Orlando, FL - in the "heart of the south" - Macon, Georgia! A subsidiary of The Wesleyan Church, Hephzibah offers residential care to children ages 12 through 18. (Additionally, we serve teen parents, with toddlers, through age 21.) Our services include care for traditional foster children,teen parents, Independent Living and teen pregnancy residents. The successful candidate must pass appropriate screenings including, but not limited to, drug screening, criminal background checks and MUST possess at least one year experience in the residential care field. Salary is commensurate with experience and we provide an array of benefits including, but not limited to housing, meals, vacation, and pension.
